Rachel Honnery is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice examines the fragile intersections between the body, landscape, and ecological systems. Holding a Master of Fine Arts from the University of New South Wales, her work draws on personal experience, environmental observation, and material experimentation to investigate how human and non-human worlds adapt, deteriorate, and regenerate over time.

Working across sculpture, photography, painting, and narrative image-making, Honnery creates immersive visual dialogues that consider the future of landscapes and ecosystems through both intimate and speculative lenses. Her practice is deeply informed by her lived experience with autoimmune disease, using the body as a metaphorical terrain through which broader environmental and social vulnerabilities can be explored.

She works and lives on Muwinina lands, Lutruwita
